Our mission seeks to bridge the gap and unify ancient cultural values into a modern interface while using a foundation of ancient balance and love to open the way and inspire generations to build for eternity. Our purpose is to unify all African peoples worldwide and to establish an important link between the African peoples of the continent and the peoples of the United States who love and appreciate their work. We seek this because we know that for too long Africa and its people have been exploited and left off the world map for consumption. Love for our people and our culture drives us to maintain and promote the standard of "For Us by Us".

Our products are made in the USA, in the heart of Los Angeles.

Are your products natural?

When possible, we choose naturally derived ingredients over synthetics in all formulations.

Do you test products on animals?

We do not test products on animals. All of our products are cruelty free.

All prices are in USD.

Are the products safe to use for all skin types?

All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types. Please test a small amount with your body with any product you purchase anywhere. Everyone reacts different, even with all natural products.Please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website if you have any concerns.

Do you deliver to my region?

Yes, we are able to ship worldwide. 

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 3-7 days.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business please email us at info@mlnnation.com

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

For product safety reasons all sales are final.  We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. (Melted Shea Butter does not qualify for exchange or refund). To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must first contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to alert us of the damage. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty only if the  cancelation is before  your order ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at sales@mlnnation.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 3-10 business days.

Yes, all our shipments include tracking, so you will know where your order is at all times. We recommend that you keep up to date with any changes in legislation in your area that may affect postal and delivery companies, as these could lengthen the delivery time.
